 A favorite in a season of letting go:

All spiritual growth is about letting go. Of misconstrued ideas, false ways of being. False beliefs. In the midst of a crisis we are being asked to let go of something. 

Crisis means crossroads. Within every crisis is an end of a world as we know it. & like R.E.M says, “and I feel fine.” & we feel fine is because this is a threshold for something much bigger than you can have ever imagined. 

Let the old die to allow the birth of this thing more wonderful than you can even imagine. I promise you. 

Most people want the hard times in their lives to just be over. But what they don’t realize is that 
Hidden within the hard time 
Is the gift of the unfoldment 
Of the soul. 

Ask yourself, in this hard time, what quality would you have to birth to have peace of mind. If you ask that question, you’ll begin to birth who & what you really are.

The challenge in your life is calling you forward into something inside of a part of yourself you have not accessed yet. A greater, more free version of yourself. You don’t need to know how to be the higher version of you, you only have to be willing.
