There have been big recent astrological shifts that I have most certainly felt. For me, it has felt like a great relief. My heart of hearts wishes this for us all, but I also desire for each of us to expand into the fullest expression of ourselves & oftentimes that comes in the squeeze. In the vice grip. In the confusion and non-clarity. Wherever you are, I honor your great journey. I continue to be of the opinion that the bravest souls in the multiverse are here on this planet at this most intense shifting from an old world to a new. Thems no small potatoes.

So, I searched & searched & finally found a message that feels as if it meets us all. Here is our collective message from the shifting stars and planetary bodies that surround and mirror us:

I want you to read that sentence until it sinks all the way down inside your gut and meets every last impulse that tells you to put your intuition on pause, to place yourself second, to squeeze and bend and break into the molds of what everyone else wants you to be.

Your life is your own.

I want it to pass through your head so many times it slowly clears out the debris of your fear. I want you to meditate on it until you realize that you are not too strange; you just have the courage to be your true self; you are not too different, you just have the courage to follow your own heart; you are not unworthy, you are just honest about the very natural, human experience of feeling unworthiness. Every person alive wishes to embody these very same forms of freedom. They are not judging you, they are expressing the parts of themselves they’ve judged into silence.

Your life is your own, 

and it always will be. You must find the courage to claim it, or it will pass you by untouched…

Holistic=whole/total. Cancer, for example, is dis-ease that has finally manifested in the physical body well after it has announced itself symptomatically, all the while making its way through the four bodies preceding the physical (bliss, supra-mental, mental, emotional/energetic).* Dis-ease is just that—a lack of ease. Western medicine aims at ridding the physical body of the physically manifested dis-ease through 2 modalities: chemicals (“medicine”) & surgery. These modalities, however, do not treat the root. It’s like cleaning up a giant puddle of water, emptying the overflowing sink, but leaving the actual faucet running. Natural/Holistic wellness of this sort (with a focus on the quantum rules/law/workings of all life) locates the faucet & supports the owner of the faucet in making the internal quantum leap/move to close that valve.
